Before you visit

How Big T works

Primarily dine-in.
Walk in, queue, order, then sit.

The restaurant is built around walk-in dine-in service. Come for the food, follow the ordering sequence and allow time for preparation.

Join the queue

Walk in and join the normal ordering queue.

Order at the register

Check your complete order on the screen before payment.

Then take a seat

Seating is after ordering. Tables cannot be held while someone queues.

Walk-in only
No reservations. Families and groups are welcome through the same walk-in process. Tables cannot be reserved or held in advance.
Preparation time
Please allow around 30 minutes after ordering. This is a guide, not a guaranteed waiting time.
Availability
Individual items may sell out during service. Availability is determined when you order. Items and preferred cuts cannot be reserved or guaranteed.
No live updates
We do not provide live item-availability, stock, queue or busy-status updates.
At the register only
No remote orders, pre-orders, delivery, app ordering or platform pickup. WhatsApp and email are not ordering channels.

A takeaway option is available as a secondary service. Order in person at the register through the same normal queue. There is no separate or priority ordering route.

Big T is a chef-led, fresh-production kitchen. Smoked beef, turkey and chicken sit alongside in-house ground burgers, house-made sausage and tallow-fried sides.

Made in-house

Texas sausage is made in-house and smoked. Burger beef is ground in-house. House mayo is made in-house with olive oil.

Tallow-fried

Our fries are homemade and fried in tallow. Okra is also tallow fried.

We do not have a dedicated allergen-free kitchen or preparation system. We cannot guarantee accommodation of allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions or ingredient exclusions, and cannot certify that any item is free from a particular ingredient.

Recipes, rubs, marinades, sauces, ingredients and preparation methods may vary. Cross-contact may occur during production and service.

We do not offer custom allergen-free preparation or ingredient-by-ingredient consultation. Menu descriptions are not complete ingredient or allergen lists. Where strict ingredient avoidance is essential, we cannot confirm that our food is suitable.

Catering & external events

Our capacity and facilities are dedicated to the restaurant. We do not provide catering, off-site food service, event participation, pop-ups or private event services.

Payment

Card is the standard payment method. Cash may be accepted exceptionally only when the exact amount is provided. We do not keep change at the register.

Pets

Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant.
